IT Desktop Support Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the resolution of support related incidents, demonstrate good technical knowledge (MCP qualifications desirable) coupled with the ability to prioritise work on their own initiative. You should possess good communication skills and be capable of working within a team environment.

IT Network Support Engineer
Job Ref: OSL/NSE0310
It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to work on their own initiative and have a desire to continually develop both technically and administratively. You will have extensive knowledge and proven experience of supporting MS workstation and server (SBS 2003 and 2008) and Office suite to the latest versions. MCP qualifications are required and knowledge/experience over a range of operating systems including Citrix /Mac / Linux / UNIX would be an advantage. You should possess good communication skills and be capable of working within a team environment.
